In view of the great demand for sweet sparkling, we brought the Barilla Moscato
A delicate and sweet sparkling from the family of the BRILLA Prosecco.
Moscato aromatic sparkling wine is obtained by a unique fermentation process. We start directly from the must of Moscato and we put it into the stainless steel tanks together with some selected yeasts. This allows the fermentation process to begin, which is obtained at a controlled temperature of about 16°C (60°F). The whole process takes place in about 30 – 40 days and gives us delicate and frothy bubbles
