Primitivo “POLVANERA 14” DOC BIO Polvanera

Polvanera Winery focuses on the Primitivo grape , the vines are cultivated organically, fermentation takes place only in steel tanks,wooden barrels are never used in this winery.
Using only steel and a bottle for aging allows the wines to maintain their character without manipulation or the oxidation that comes with using wooden barrels.
Primitivo 14 is aged for one year in stainless steel tanks with temprature control that allow perfect aging , then another year in the bottle in a charming cellar dug 8 meters deep in limestone rock that provides aging at a constant temperature.
After Yogev a client of ours, who often travels, repeatedly asked us to import Polvanera Primitivo we advised that we have a good primitivo wine
there is no need for an additional one.
in southern Italy a year later again he reminded us about this good wine, we decided to drop by the winery though we were with the kids.
we tasted the wines and immediately fell in love with wine , we decided there is no place more suitable than Isreal to drink and enjoy this winery primitivo.
